HEIGHT: 6'0HAIR COLOR: BlackEYE COLOR: Dark-brownZahir is a dark-skinned Redguard with many notable features. He always carries a cold look in his eyes even around loved ones. Overall he is fit and holds the body of an active warrior, one who looks more on the skirmisher side, than that of a rank-and-file type.TATTOOS: The unsettling black markings of Satakal cover the man's body from neck, ankle, and even on the face. On each orbital bone, the patterns of a fang form on him. Inside of the outlines were intricate designs; a galaxy full of feint, dying worlds, and the scales of Satakal covering much of it. In its entirety, it is an ouroboros of immense scale, and its head tucks within its large body, right where the man's heart would be.Scars: His features are rough, years of constant fighting and living in Hammerfell has given him tough skin to deal with the harsh weather. There are light, faded scars, from his right eyebrow to the corner of his right lip, and then there were lost limbs. His right hand's ring and pinky finger were missing halfway, and the middle one looked cut short, at level with his index.

History
Zahir comes from a tribe of Satakals that roamed Rihad's countryside as brigands. They performed quick raids on Imperial caravans coming from Cyrodiil, and even though his kin was oppressed, they made their ends meet.Within Rihad, his family, the Clan of Kano primarily fenced the goods that their brethren would take. They were criminals, extortionists, and violent when they didn't get their way. This exposure to violence at a young age and the teachings of that lifestyle led him to be where he is now.Many say he is calmer than the generation before, others say he is weak in comparison. But he still seems to be able to maintain control of what his uncle, Owyn al-Kozanset has taken in the Alik'r, and with how he has responded to those who have tested him, he shows growth and understanding. His time under his notorious uncle has not seemed in vain.
Hooks
Nomadic: Despite being traditional in terms of who he follows, Zahir tends to find himself very far from Hammerfell frequently, and around foreigners. He is a nomad, used to moving around, but on top of this, his occupation sometimes forces him to get out of his comfort zone.Hammerfell Tribal: Many tribes reside in the province of Hammerfell, Zahir's kin are mostly found in the Alik'r, specifically the Dragontail Mountains, Kozanset, Bergama, and their countryside. He mostly spends his time around these areas. They are easy to spot and usually have a serpent tattoo somewhere on their body.Satakal Worshipper: Satakals are devout worshippers of the first serpent, a Yokudan god of destruction and creation. Those who share similar passion to Satakal will likely get along well with Zahir.Drug Lord: There are long webs of smuggling networks tracing all the way from Elsweyr and up to High Rock. Zahir is tapped into many of these, and is a large supplier of various narcotics into the rich northern provinces, through land and sea. He has many connections and can prove useful to just about anyone if they need something done in Hammerfell.
